- Payments and Fees a. The cost of our services will be determined separately and agreed upon by the Company and the client. Payment terms, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in the corresponding agreement or contract. b. Any taxes or additional fees imposed by governmental authorities related to the services provided will be your responsibility.
- Termination The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of our services. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
- Limitation of Liability a. The Company strives to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee the continuous availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services. You acknowledge that the use of our services is at your own risk. b. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services or from any content or information obtained through our services.
- Modifications to the Agreement The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. The revised Agreement will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
